OUR SHOUT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
The Promotion commences 01/07/2025 and will run in Boronia Hotel bistro.
Our Shout is open to any table occupied on a Tuesday evening.
Our Shout will run on Tuesday night and be open to any table in bistro on that night. Patrons upon ordering receive the receipt for their transaction, fill out name and phone number on the back and place in corresponding entry box. Winner will be drawn at completion of service and contacted on the following day. Winner will receive voucher capped at a $100 for the previous nights spend (excludes beverage, dessert and coffee).
Venue Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash at point of sales.
Entry is not open to employees of the Venue.
In the event of a dispute concerning the conduct of a promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any lost or stolen raffle tickets, for any manufacturer defects of prizes or for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of accepting any prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
