SPIN THE WHEEL | THE BORONIA HOTEL

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
The Promotion, henceforth referred to as “SPIN TO WIN” commences 18/10/2024 and will run every Friday night at the Boronia Hotel in the sports lounge.
The Promotion will conclude at the Hotels discretion.
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over are members or guests of the Boronia Hotel during the promotional period.
SPIN TO WIN Raffle tickets are given to any Gaming or sports Visitor who is present in the Gaming Room or sports lounge.
Raffle tickets will be distributed to all guests during the promotional period. If ticket is drawn a replacement ticket will be given.
The raffle tickets will entitle the holder to be eligible for all the SPIN TO WIN draws.
SPIN TO WIN draws will occur at 18.15, 18.30, 18.45, 19.00.19.15 19.30, 19.45, winning ticket holder will have a chance to spin the wheel. 20.00 meat tray winner.
The opportunity to play the SPIN TO WIN - Spin the Wheel game of chance will be awarded to the member or guest who presents the eligible corresponding raffle ticket to entry drawn.
Management reserves the right to redraw the winner if an eligible winner does not identify themselves within 1 (one) minute of the raffle number being announced.
The person presenting the eligible ticket will have the opportunity to spin the wheel in a game of chance to win one of the nominated SPIN TO WIN prizes.
Prizes available for SPIN TO WIN free house wine or beer, venue vouchers worth $5, $10, $20, meat tray. Can be redeemed for cash .
Numbers on wheel range from 1-39 with corresponding prizes. Green 00 will have a $100 cash prize which will jackpot over 4 weeks if not won and remain on $400 till won.
Entry is not open to employees of the Hotel. Entry tickets are void if stolen, forged, mutilated, photocopied or tampered with in any way. Only original entry tickets will be accepted.
In the event of a dispute concerning the conduct of a promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any lost or stolen raffle tickets, for any manufacturer defects of prizes or for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of accepting any prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
